Dear Parents and Guardians, 

We are excited for the opportunity to invite all graduating seniors to participate in a special field trip to celebrate their upcoming graduation!
On June 4th, our seniors will visit our feeder elementary and middle schools to participate in the annual Cap & Gown Senior Parade.

This event will allow our graduating class to:

• Inspire younger students
• Showcase their achievements
• Reconnect with their roots

Transportation:
Bus transportation will be provided for all participating seniors. Students will depart from CHS at 12:15, immediately following lunch, and return by 1:25 pm. Students will be excused from their 5th & 6th periods for this event.

Permission Forms:
We must receive signed permission forms in order for students to participate. Permission forms are available in the front office, or you can download the form HERE. Unfortunately, we have a very short turnaround time and permission forms will need to be signed and returned by Monday, June 3rd!

Attire:
Students will need to make sure to bring and wear their graduation caps and gowns for this event.  Students will be receiving these on Thursday, 5/30.

This is a very special annual tradition across the Eugene School District 4j and one that our feeder schools look forward to. This event is a wonderful way for our graduating seniors to connect with our school community and inspire future generations. It is our sincere hope that all of our graduating seniors will participate.
