Churchill High School

All motor vehicles parked anywhere on the Churchill High School campus must display a current CHS parking permit. Violators will be ticketed. Students violating the parking contract and/or regulations may have parking privileges revoked at any time.

Step 1: Complete Your Parking Contract
The student must be signed in to 4J Google to access this form. A parent’s digital signature is required for students under 18. One parking permit per vehicle.

Step 2: Purchase Your Permit
Pay online at SchoolPay, or pay with a check, cash, or card at the front office. Need-based scholarships are available. Ask at the finance office.

• $50.00 — Full-year
• $25.00 — Semester 2
• $5.00 — Replacement permit, permits for additional vehicles in the same household.

Step 3: Get Your Permit
Visit the front office to get your permit sticker. The Sticker must be placed on the inside of the vehicle’s front windshield.
