Look for your student number in the list. Student names are not published in the checklist for your privacy.
Students must be cleared to graduate to receive tickets and participate in the ceremony. Check with your counselor for help completing your graduation requirements.
Graduation Tickets
The ticket lottery has been processed. If you requested extra tickets, please pick them up in Jill's office any day at lunch. There are some tickets left. Students can continue to request up to 14 tickets until all tickets are gone. Don't wait. Finish your graduation requirements as soon as possible so you can get the tickets you need for the graduation ceremony.- Ticket distribution is every day during student lunch.
- 4 tickets are reserved for each student in the ceremony.

🚫 Senior Skip Day
Churchill High School does not support Senior Skip Day. This is not a school-sponsored event and students who participate will be marked as an unexcused absence.
Cap and Gown Pickup Day: This Thursday, May 30
Cap and gown distribution is scheduled for May 30, during the Spring Social. Remember, the complete graduation uniform includes a BLUE gown and cap, a tassel, and a white Churchill stole.

To borrow a complete graduation uniform, or any part of the uniform, from the school, email Jill Reents at reents_ji@4j.lane.edu. Include the graduate's name and height.
Your 4J Student Accounts: Save your Data Now
After you graduate, you will not be able to access your 4J GMail, Google Drive, StudentVUE, or other student accounts.
Google Takeout allows you to download your Google data onto a personal device, external hard drive, or personal Google account.

Update Naviance and any other accounts that you have created using your 4J student GMail as a login to a personal email address to avoid losing access to these accounts.

How to Dress for Graduation
Lifetouch Graduation Photography
Lifetouch provides photography services at the Churchill Graduation. A large group photo is taken of the graduates before the ceremony. Each graduate is photographed receiving their diploma cover and in an individual portrait after walking across the stage. Other candid photos may be taken throughout the event, before, during, and after the ceremony.
Purchase an optional AdvancePay credit before the ceremony. This gives you free shipping on your order of $35+ after the event.
Once your event images are ready, please allow 2-3 business days for processing, you’ll receive a text when they are ready to view and order.

Grad Party 2024
The Graduation Party is community-sponsored. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers.
You definitely don't want to miss the grad party! Get ready for a night full of fun, laughter, and exciting surprises! With door prizes and raffles for even more thrilling goodies, this party is not to be missed!
