Clubs

Today:  The first Thespian Club meeting, Churchill High School’s Drama Club, is today at lunch in Mr. Patton’s room, H8. We’ve got lots of shows scheduled for this year and want to tell you all about them. Whether you want to act or be backstage, Thespian Club is a great place to start!

Auditions for the Fall Play

Auditions for the Fall Play, “That’s the Spirit” will be Tuesday, Sept 13 after school in the auditorium. Auditioners should prepare one 30-60second monologue and expect to do some script reading. See Mr. Patton in H8 if you have questions

Attention Students

If you need a schedule change, please fill out the Schedule Change Request Form by the end of the school day tomorrow.  Schedule changes should be for missing classes, wrong placement in classes, or needing additional classes for graduation, not to change classes to be with friends or choose a specific teacher.  If you have completed a schedule change request, know that counselors are working as fast as they can to get these changes done.  Please keep checking your StudentVue and 4j email to see if the changes have been made, and continue attending the classes that are on your schedule until you see the change.

• Friday: Varsity Boys Soccer at Oregon City at  6:00 pm: Release at 2:00 pm;  Varsity Football vs. Mountain View at Churchill at 7:00 pm
• Saturday: Varsity Volleyball at South Eugene at 8:00 am;  JV Volleyball at Springfield Tournament in   Springfield at 9:00 am;  XC at Saxon Invite at Bush Park at 10:30 am
