Today: FSU meets at lunch in the Auditorium; Mind Body Divergence Alliance meets in F39 during lunch.

Most Likely Awards

It is time again for seniors to nominate their fellow seniors for the Most Likely to Awards.  Check Canvas or the monitors for the QR code and nominate your friends. Awards will be presented during Senior Breakfast.

Senior Breakfast Tickets

Senior breakfast tickets on sale next week during lunch at the planters. $15 each.

CHS Spring Festival

The Spring Festival is happening Friday, May 26th. There will be lots of fun activities to participate in and there will even be a dunk tank! Make sure to check the monitors for specific activities and their locations.

Mental Health Awareness Month

May is mental health awareness month. Come celebrate with us all next week during lunch in the courtyard. Lots of great activities are presented by your Sources of Strength peer leaders.

Lost and Found Items

Students – Please check the lost and found table set up in the Student Lounge to claim any items you may have lost this Trimester. All items left at the end of the day will be donated.

MAPS Scholarship

Seniors – The MAPS Scholarship for students who are the first in their family to attend college is due today– at 3:45 pm. Applications are available from counselors and on email. Be sure to have your MAPS application in on time to be eligible for this  $1,000 scholarship!

W.I.S.E. SYMPOSIUM

The 11th annual W.I.S.E. SYMPOSIUM is on Wednesday, May 24th, at Churchill from 4:30 to 8:30. Register at the planters during lunch today, which includes entering your name into a drawing for a grand prize! The Symposium is free and open to all high school students. There will be pizza and prizes, too. Enjoy workshops and presentations around the theme of Biology: life through different lenses.

Lane Community College Admissions Workshop

The final workshop of the year is on Wednesday, May 31st. Drop in any time between 2:30 and 4 pm in room F39. Seniors who plan to attend LCC this summer or fall, this workshop is for you! Get your application in and apply for or finish your Oregon Promise grant application before the June first deadline.

CHS School Store

Reminder: the Student Store is giving away a mystery bag through the end of May – get a free raffle ticket with any purchase!!

Girls Basketball

Anyone interested in playing girls’ summer basketball, there are workouts next week on Tuesday and Thursday in the gym from 4-5:15, and Monday and Wednesday at Kennedy from 5-6.  Summer season starts Tuesday, May 30th with practice from 4-6.  See Coach Stewart in room H1 if interested or if you have questions.

CHS Spring Musical

The CHS Spring Musical, Seussical, continues with its final showings! Showings are tonight and tomorrow at 7 PM and Sunday at 2 PM in the CHS Auditorium. Tickets are $7 for students and $15 for general admission. You can buy tickets from CHS Thespians during lunch or at the door!
