At Back-to-School Days, students will return their student computers and receive a new student computer, update their contact information, take their school photo, and receive a student ID card. Students can also pick up an LTD bus pass, schedule an appointment with their counselor, return library books, learn about school activities and programs, and more.

  • Thursday, August 25, 9:00 am–noon — suggested day for 10th and 11th grades
  • Friday, August 26, 9:00 am–noon — suggested day for 9th and 12th grades

These are drop-in times. Please arrive at a time that works for you and plan to be there for at least 30 minutes. If your suggested day doesn’t work for your schedule, just come on the day that works best for you.

If neither day works for you, please drop in at the front office between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm to pick up your student computer after Back-to-School Days and before the first day of school. Make sure you complete your online back-to-school tasks and plan to come to Picture Makeup Day on September 16.

The student must be present to complete in-person Back-to-School Days activities. Students can bring a family member with them, but it will not be helpful to send a family member in their place. Family members can complete payments and forms online or drop in at the front office between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm after Back-to-School Days.

Public Health and Safety

CHS will follow local government and school district guidelines for public health. Please follow all instructions from the event staff and volunteers while you are on the Churchill campus. Family members are welcome to attend with the students. Masks are welcome, but not required. Students will be asked to remove masks briefly for their ID photos.
