Hello Amazing Churchill Families!
Our Back-to-School Kickoff is right around the corner, and we need your help to make it run smoothly! We are looking for energetic volunteers to lend a hand on Thursday, August 27, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Volunteers will meet in the main office at 3:15 PM for quick setup and stay until 6:30 PM to help pack up.
Open Volunteer Spots:
- Swag Squad (2 volunteers): Help families gear up! You’ll handle cash and check sales for our school t-shirts and hoodies.
- Tech Checkout Crew (3 volunteers): Keep things moving smoothly! You’ll help organize and hand off laptops, chargers, sleeves, and paperwork to staff running the stations.
- Event Navigators (2 volunteers): The ultimate event helpers! You’ll greet families, direct traffic, deliver messages between stations, and run quick errands.
