LEAP Projects

• Seniors, your LEAP contracts are due tomorrow. Please turn them in to your counselor or Mary Beth in the School-to-Career office in the STEM building.

WISE

• Join WISE today at lunch in the STEM Conference room and meet Researcher Doctor Jen Phillips to learn about her pathway to science and her current work at the UO Westerfield Lab. Everyone is invited and there will be pizza until it runs out. Students will be given a late slip back to 4th period.

Recycling

• Please make sure that all drink containers are fully empty before recycling them. Not all drink containers are recyclable, check the sign posted by each recycling bin if you are unsure if it can be recycled.

Library Textbooks

• It’s time to return or renew your textbooks. Please return them to the library by the end of the school day tomorrow. Do not give your textbooks to teachers or leave them in the classroom, bring them directly to the library. If you need to use your textbooks again in Trimester 2, please stop by the library and renew them. You don’t need to have the book with you to renew it. Remember to return your library books too.

Sports

• Tomorrow: Freshman, JV and Varsity Basketball vs. Milwaukee at Milwaukie at 4:15 and 5:45, excused at 12:15.
• Friday: Swimming Relays at Willamalane Pool at 4:00, release at 2:25. Wrestling Deven Dawson Invitational at Harrisburg at 10:00. Freshman, JV and Varsity Boys Basketball vs. Jefferson at Churchill at 4:30, 6:00, and 7:30.

WISE

• Únase a WISE hoy en la sala de conferencias STEM durante el almuerzo y conozca a la investigadora Doctor Jen Phillips para aprender sobre su camino hacia la ciencia y el trabajo en el laboratorio UO Westerfield. Todos los estudiantes están invitados. Traiga su almuerzo o tome un pedazo de pizza con nosotros. A los estudiantes se les dará una nota tardío de regreso al cuarto período.

Libros de texto de la biblioteca

• Es hora de devolver o renovar tus libros de texto. Por favor, devuelva sus libros de texto a la biblioteca antes del final del día escolar mañana. Por favor, no le dé sus libros a su maestro ni los deje en el salón de clases. Tráelos directamente a la biblioteca. Si necesita usar sus libros de texto en el Trimestre 2, pase por la biblioteca y renuévelos. No necesitas tener el libro contigo para renovarlo. Recuerda también devolver o renovar los libros de la biblioteca.

Reciclaje

• Asegúrese de que todos los envases de bebidas estén completamente vacíos antes de reciclarlos. No todos los envases de bebidas son reciclables, consulte el letrero colocado en cada contenedor de reciclaje si no está seguro de si se puede reciclar.
