Request Transcripts

Request your final transcript through Naviance by June 26. This is the fastest way to get your final transcript sent to your college or university.

After the 26th, you must call the front office to request a transcript. It will take longer to mail transcripts after June 26, and the response may be delayed due to summer work schedules.

Diploma Pickup Day, June 30, 8:00 am–4:00 pm

Remember, you must return all 4J property to receive your high school diploma. Bring your overdue library books, textbooks, and school laptop (with the charger and sleeve!).

While you are here, you can pick up your completed LEAP packet and donate your used cap and gown for a future Lancer grad.

July 3 is the last day to claim your diploma at the school office. Any remaining diplomas will be mailed to the address provided on the Grad Survey.

Grad Survey

You can still update your responses on the Grad Survey. We’d like to know all of the scholarships you were offered, even if you didn’t accept them. You can also update which college you decided to attend or update your mailing address so that we send your diploma to the right place.

Lockers

Student lockers have been cleaned out and gym lockers will be cleaned out soon. Please call the office if you would like to claim an item you left in your locker. Call, or come to the school during office hours to request access to the gym lockers. Act quickly. All items will be donated soon.
