Graduation Day Reminders

Churchill Class of 2024 and Families, 

Tomorrow is your big day! Here are a few reminders and things to know.

• Graduation rehearsal is mandatory. 
• Cap decorations must be 2-dimensional and school-appropriate. 
• Extra tickets may be released at the graduation rehearsal. Any remaining tickets will be at a table in the Hult Center lobby at 6:30 pm. 
• The community-sponsored Grad Party will sell tickets at the door. 
• Diplomas will be ready to pick up on June 27.

Diploma Pickup Day is Thursday, June 27
You must return all school property (library books, computers, etc.) to receive your diploma.

• June 27, pick up your diploma at the front desk between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. 
• July 1 – 3, diplomas can be picked up at the front desk during summer office hours: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
• July 4, the office is closed for Independence Day. 
• July 5, the remaining diplomas will be mailed to the address provided on the Graduation Survey. Diplomas will not be mailed to graduates who have not returned school property.

The Graduation Checklist shows each student’s progress toward graduation. The checklist will be updated weekly and published here and in the front office. A checkmark means that your requirements for that column are complete.

2024 Graduation Checklist - May 31 (PDF)

Students cannot pick up graduation tickets or participate in the graduation ceremony until they are cleared on the Graduation Checklist.

The checklist is published by student number to protect student privacy. Find your student number on your most recent report card or ParentVUE/StudentVUE.
