Back-to-School Basics

Welcome back, Lancers! We're so excited for the new school year to begin.

Your back-to-school tasks are now easier than ever to complete online. Find everything you need, from required forms to details about key events, on our main back-to-school webpage.

Student Schedules Are Now Available

Student schedules are live! You can now view your class schedule in StudentVue and guardians can view it in ParentVue.

If your schedule needs to be corrected, please check that your request falls under one of the following reasons:
  • You don't have the classes you need to graduate.
  • You have an open period and need a full schedule.
  • You have a duplicate or a missing class.

If your request meets these criteria, you can submit a request using the form below. Students must be logged into their 4J Google account to access the form.

Please submit the form only once. Counselors will do their best to make the appropriate changes, but all corrections are limited by the master schedule. We will respond to your requests via your 4J school email.

While your request is being processed, please continue to attend the classes you currently have in your schedule. It is your responsibility to check StudentVue and your 4J email for updates. This form will close on Sunday, September 14.

Grad Party Planning

The Graduation Party is community-sponsored. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers.

Class of 2026 Families!

Every year, parents work together to provide the Senior Grad Night Party, where we offer our graduates a fun, safe, and sober place to gather and celebrate their success with peers, one final time. The party will be held the night of graduation, Monday, June 8th, from 11 pm to 3 am, at the University of Oregon Recreation Center. This year's party promises to be full of entertainment, food, and plenty of activities to keep the graduates celebrating all night long!

The Senior Night Grad Party is only made possible through the hard work and dedication from our CHS families and community. The event is fully funded through fundraising and organized and managed by a parent committee, only.

WE NEED YOU! To join our party committee or get the latest information on how you can help, scan the QR code or CLICK HERE.

Not sure how to use a QR Code? No problem! Shoot us an email to be added to our list! Just make sure to include your name and contact information: CHS.2026GradParty@gmail.com

This event is not school-sponsored or associated in any way with Churchill High School or Eugene School District 4j.

Below the title, a paragraph introduces e-bikes as a way to build independence, enhance physical and mental health, and provide a low-emission way to travel. The flyer is divided into two main sections. The first section, "Ride Safely and Responsibly," is a bulleted list of safety tips, including using an e-bike only with a good understanding of the rules of the road, managing speed, riding defensively, wearing a helmet, being visible with lights and reflective clothing, checking brakes and tire pressure, and using a high-quality lock. It also advises registering the e-bike. The second section, "Follow the Law," is a bulleted list outlining legal requirements for e-bikes in Eugene. This includes a minimum age of 16 to ride an e-bike, a legal speed limit of 20 mph for throttles and 28 mph for pedal assist, and a rule that e-bikes are not allowed on sidewalks. At the bottom of the flyer, a blue bar provides a link for more information: "For more information: Visit the City of Eugene's e-bike page at www.eugene-or.gov/4665/E-Bikes." The bottom right corner features the "SafeRoutes" logo.
