PowerTuff

Calling all students and staff – The Churchill PowerTuff football game is Friday at 7:30 pm.  General admission is $6 and students with ASB get into the game for only $1. Concessions are available with food, candy, coffee, and hot chocolate. Come out and support your fellow Lancers that are playing and coaching in the game.

National Honor Society

NHS meets tomorrow at lunch in the choir room.

Senior Breakfast

Senior breakfast is June 12th. Tickets are $10 and will be for sale at the planters during lunch and morning break.  Don’t miss out on this fun celebration before Graduation.

Grad Party

Grad Party tickets on sale all week. Today inside near the planters and tomorrow and Friday outside the cafeteria. Last week to earn 5 bonus raffle tickets!

Student Store

Come to the Student Store in the cafeteria at lunch for $5 t-shirts.  For $1 get a raffle ticket for a Lancer bag of student store stuff. Stop by and see us!

GSA

HIV Alliance will be guest speaking in GSA during lunch on Monday, June 3rd, in F55. Come to learn and ask questions.

WISE

WISE Symposium 2019 is tomorrow starting at 3:30 pm in the auditorium. WISE members will be by the planters during lunch today to help students register for this free science, technology, engineering, and math event. Free food and prizes as well as cool workshops taught by local professionals and researchers.

Seniors – Graduation Tickets

Extra graduation tickets are sold out. No more lottery requests will be accepted. Ticket pick up is in the auditorium at lunch today. You can pick up your six reserved tickets or your lottery tickets during student lunch through June 11.

If you have not filled out your graduation survey in Naviance, please do it now. If you need help, see Sheree in the counseling center.

Oregon Promise

The deadline to apply for the Oregon Promise is June 1st. The Oregon Promise is free money to help you pay for tuition at an Oregon Community College. See Sheree in the counseling center for details.

June Bus passes are available in the finance office with Ken.

Job Fair

Are you looking for a summer or full-time job? Come to the Job Fair on Tuesday, June 4th after school and talk to area employers. Sign up outside the School-to-Career office.

Ultimate Frisbee

The CHS Co-Ed Ultimate Frisbee team practices today from 4:30 to 6 pm on the fields adjacent to Kennedy MS.

Congratulations

Congrats to the state track athletes for representing CHS: Tanner Branson, Sophia Dau, Simon Dexter, Natalie Elstone, Aiden Feldmen, Elijah Fields, Nathan Fields, Emmi Freeman, Stuart Helikson, Peter Lechman, Hazel Mesman, Violet Powell, Garrett Price, Orion Osborn, & Maya Scott. Overall the women placed 7th in State and the men placed 4th. All track participants make sure to turn in your jerseys. The track banquet will be Monday, June 3rd at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria.
