CHS Choral Concert
Come see Churchill’s Concert Choir, DSS, and Treble Choir accompanied by Kennedy Middle School and the Tenor/Bass acapella group “Counterpoint” on March 12th. There will be prizes.

Lane Community College
The LCC placement test in reading and writing is Wednesday, March 20, at 3:45 pm in STEM 118. Students must bring their L number and a current photo ID.
There is still time to sign up for the ASVAB on Thursday, March 14, 9:30–12:30. Sign up on the list outside the School-to-Career office in the STEM building.
Lane Community College Scholarship
The LCC Scholarship Application deadline is midnight tomorrow.
Lancer Pageant Events
Today is The Lancer Pageant’s fundraiser at Hawaiian Time. Pick up a flyer from a pageant member, the office or a poster and go. Friday is Bunco in the CHS cafeteria. Tickets are on sale at lunch or you may buy one from a pageant member.
Community Service Opportunity
The Eugene Public Library is looking for volunteers for their book sale, April 12th-14th. For details and information on how to sign up, see the flyers in the College and Career Center.
Basketball State Semi-Finals
We are offering rooter busses for both our girls and boys state semi-final basketball games. Permission forms are in the office and due by tomorrow at 1:00 pm. Parent permission is required. We must have 40 fans per bus to go. Go CHS!
It’s not too late to go out for softball. CHS wants to field a JV team this year and have hired a new coach, Erin Parker, an ex-collegiate softball player who is super excited to coach our first JV softball team in decades. No prior softball experience required. If interested, go to the hitting facility by the track after school.
The CHS Co-Ed Ultimate Frisbee team practices today from 4:30 to 6 pm on the fields adjacent to Kennedy MS.
