Clubs

Today: BSU meets at lunch in the auditorium; WISE meets at lunch in the STEM Conference Room; Theatre Tech meets at 4 in the auditorium; Anime Club meets after school in F55;  Japan Bowl meets at lunch in F55

Wednesday: LSU now meets at lunch in the auditorium INSTEAD of G29; NASU meets at lunch in D26 in the cafeteria; Investment Club meets at lunch in J19; Tinker Club meets after school in the STEM Conference Room

Thursday: Thespian Club meets at lunch in H8; Gender & Sexuality Alliance meets at lunch in the auditorium; ASU meets at lunch in F55; Interact Club meets at lunch in F39; Climate Action Club meets at lunch in STEM 100

Friday: FSU meets at lunch in the auditorium

Textbook Return

All textbooks must be returned or renewed by Friday afternoon. You don’t need to have your textbooks with you to renew them. Just stop by the library and Debbie or Amy at the counter can renew your textbooks.

Lancer Pageant

Sophomores – the Coordinator Info Meetings are today & tomorrow at lunch in the conference room, F39. Attendance at one of the meetings is required. Join us on the journey in partnering with Children’s Miracle Network & the NICU at our local hospitals.

Vaccines

Your School Health Center has the COVID-19 AND flu vaccines available. You can stop by or call to schedule an appointment, 541-790-5227.

Tri 2 Schedules

The Schedule Change Form for Trimester 2 is open on the CHS website. Enter your request ONE time, then check your 4J email and StudentVUE for schedule updates. Not all changes will be possible due to class sizes and schedule conflicts. You will be notified through your 4J email if the change cannot happen.

News from the School-to-Career Office

LCC is offering a free program for English language learners interested in becoming certified nursing assistants and also a free industrial trades program. Both begin in January.

Applications are open for Lane Arts Apprenticeship program beginning in January. Gain experience working with professionals from various art and design disciplines.

The 4J NATIVES program is open to interested students. It aims to support Indigenous students, families, and build community. Access to mentors, clubs, & tutoring is provided.
