A representative from the Oregon Department of Forestry will have a table at the planters today from 12:15-1:30 to answer questions about working as a wildland fire suppression specialist. Students must be 18 by June 15, 2020 to apply. No experience necessary. Earn $2,500-$3,500 per month.
Course Request Forms

The Yearbook staff has extended the baby pic deadline until next Monday, March 2nd.

Spring Athletics Registration
Spring Sports registration is due tomorrow. If you plan to play a spring sport you must register online, submit a current physical to the front office, and pay the participation fee by tomorrow in order to participate.
Track and Field
There is an informational meeting in H7 at lunch tomorrow for anyone interested in track and field.
Attention Seniors Planning to Attending LCC in the Fall
Lane Community College Placement testing in reading and writing is today at 3:45 pm in the STEM conference room. Bring your photo ID and L number. See Mary Beth in the STEM building if you have questions.
Seniors who are thinking about going to LCC in the fall, the LCC scholarship application is due on March 3rd by 5:00 pm. Their site is known to crash on the due date so plan ahead.
The deadline for seniors to complete the LEAP is fast approaching. You must set up an interview with Mary Beth. Please check your school email for the signup link or use your phone on the scan code printed on the LEAP posters hanging throughout the school.
The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery for sophomores, juniors, and seniors is Thursday, March 13th, from 9:30-Noon at CHS. ASVAB is the most widely-used multiple aptitude test in the world. If interested, sign up on the table outside the School-to-Career office.
Seniors – The OSAC scholarship application is due Monday, March 2nd by 5:00 pm. Be aware that the OSAC site gets very busy on the due date and has been known to crash. Don’t wait until the last minute. If you need help with your OSAC scholarship, come to the Library after school tomorrow.
