WISE Symposium 2019 begins after school today from 3:30-7:30 pm in the auditorium. Join us for hands-on workshops in science, technology, engineering, and math. Meet local professionals and researchers. Dinner provided. Raffle prizes to give away too! Join us — it’s all free!
Calling all students and staff – The Churchill PowerTuff football game is tomorrow at 7:30 pm. General admission is $6 and students with ASB get into the game for only $1. Concessions are available with food, candy, coffee, and hot chocolate. Come out and support your fellow Lancers that are playing and coaching in the game.
Tomorrow is our Club Carnival and free bbq lunch in the cafeteria. Bring your spirit tomorrow, Churchill.
Yearbooks have arrived and the Yearbook Staff is busy preparing to start distributing them tomorrow. Seniors can pick up books right after the assembly. Announcements will be made during the long lunch for Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen to pick up books. If you haven’t already reserved your copy, you can by bringing $65 to Ken in the Finance Office. Once distribution begins, all further sales will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
National Honor Society
NHS meets today at lunch in the choir room to pass out senior honor cords.
Senior breakfast is June 12th. Tickets are $10 and will be for sale at the planters during lunch and morning break. Don’t miss out on this fun celebration before Graduation.
Grad Party tickets are on sale today and tomorrow outside the cafeteria. Last week to earn 5 bonus raffle tickets!
HIV Alliance will be guest speaking in GSA during lunch on Monday, June 3rd, in F55. Come to learn and ask questions.

Extra graduation tickets are sold out. No more lottery requests will be accepted. Ticket pick up is in Jill’s office at lunch through June 11.
Seniors – Walking Partner Sign Up
Friday, May 31 is the last day to sign up for a walking partner for graduation. Come to Jill’s office at lunch to sign up for your walking partner.
Seniors – Grad Survey
If you have not filled out your graduation survey in Naviance, please do it now. If you need help, see Sheree in the counseling center.
The deadline to apply for the Oregon Promise is June 1st. The Oregon Promise is free money to help you pay for tuition at an Oregon Community College. See Sheree in the counseling center for details.

Are you looking for a summer or full-time job? Come to the Job Fair on Tuesday, June 4th after school and talk to area employers. Sign up outside the School-to-Career office.
Congrats to the state track athletes for representing CHS: Tanner Branson, Sophia Dau, Simon Dexter, Natalie Elstone, Aiden Feldmen, Elijah Fields, Nathan Fields, Emmi Freeman, Stuart Helikson, Peter Lechman, Hazel Mesman, Violet Powell, Garrett Price, Orion Osborn, & Maya Scott. Overall the women placed 7th in State and the men placed 4th. All track participants make sure to turn in your jerseys. The track banquet will be Monday, June 3rd at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria.
