Clubs

Today: GSA meets at lunch in F55 for a guest speaker from HIV Alliance; Homework Club meets 3:35–4:45 in F36

Tuesday: BookWorm Club meets at lunch in G29; Young Republicans meet at lunch in J24; Authors Club meets after school 3:45–4:50 in G13; Magic the Gathering meets after school in J25; Creative Writing Club meets at lunch in J28; BSU meets at lunch in J9; Theater Tech meets at 3:45 in the auditorium

Job Fair

Are you looking for a summer or full-time job? Come to the Job Fair tomorrow after school and talk to area employers. Sign up outside the School-to-Career office.

Yearbooks

Seniors – you can pick up your books anytime during the day in C5. All other classes – pick up your books at lunch in C5. If you still want to purchase a yearbook, bring $65 to Ken in the finance office.  Sales are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Track

All track participants – make sure to turn in your jerseys. The track banquet is tonight at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria.

Choir/Band

The Music Gala is tomorrow. One concert begins at 6:30 pm and features Treble Choir, Jazz Workshop, and Symphonic Band. The second concert begins at 7:45 pm and features Concert Choir, 7:05 Jazz, and the Downing Street Singers. Come and enjoy!

Seniors

You must return all textbooks and library books by the end of Wednesday. You will not be able to pick up your diploma until you have returned all your books and paid all the fines for lost materials. See Debbie or Tiffany in the library if you have questions.

Senior Breakfast

Senior breakfast is June 12th. Tickets are $10 and will be for sale at the planters during lunch and morning break.  Don’t miss out on this fun celebration before Graduation.

Grad Party

Grad Party tickets are on sale today, tomorrow, and Wednesday outside the cafeteria. Only the first 150 sold include a t-shirt! And make sure to follow the Churchill Grad Party on Instagram.

Seniors – Graduation Tickets

Extra graduation tickets are sold out. No more lottery requests will be accepted. Ticket pick up is in Jill’s office at lunch through June 11.

Juniors

If you have not finished your state testing, see Mr. Myers is J12 as soon as possible. The window closes this Friday. If you do not complete this assessment, you may need to take an additional class as a Senior to complete your graduation requirements.

Bus Passes

June Bus passes are available in the finance office with Ken.

Cap & Gown Pick-Up

Seniors – If you have not picked up your cap & gown see Robin in the office.

If you will not be a 4J Student Next Year

Once you graduate or move to a school outside of 4J, your 4J email, 4J Google drive, and 4J Files1 are no longer accessible. Copy any data you wish to keep to an external drive or to your personal Google drive before you go.

If you are using your 4J email for your Naviance account, you must change it to a personal email to avoid losing access to Naviance.
