Clubs

Today: GSA meets at lunch in F49; Homework Club meets 3:35–4:45 in F36; Thespian Club meets at lunch in H8 to go over important information for next year

Tuesday: BookWorm Club meets at lunch in G29; Young Republicans meet at lunch in J24; Authors Club meets after school 3:45–4:50 in G13; Magic the Gathering meets after school in J25; Creative Writing Club meets at lunch in J28; BSU meets at lunch in J9; Theater Tech meets at 3:45 in the auditorium

Earth Art Club

Do you dabble in arts or crafts and love the outdoors? Are you interested in developing creative ways to influence and educate people to become better global citizens and preserve our environment? Join Earth Art Club. The club will begin in September, but you can sign up on the club list now in H20 anytime today or tomorrow.

Yearbooks

If you bought a yearbook but have not picked it up yet, you need to see Mr. Squires in C5 today or tomorrow. If you are not sure, come check the list on the bulletin board in the front office.

Churchill Football Players

Summer weight training begins today after school. If you plan on playing football next fall, you are expected to be at summer weight training unless you have another Churchill sport conflict. If you have questions, ask Coach AJ or Coach K. See you after school.

Attention Future Health Pathway Students

Are you taking Medical Terminology next fall? If so, see Robin in the office and pick up the summer terms list.

Book Return

All students must return all textbooks and library books by tomorrow or pay the replacement costs immediately if you cannot find the book. You will be charged a $30 late fine for each textbook or class set book that is not returned by 3:45 pm tomorrow.

Library Summer Hours

The Churchill library will be open 4 days this summer for library book checkout. Swing by and check out some fun reads. You can see the library’s summer hours at the library desk or check the CHS website in a few days.

AP Calculus BC

If you are signed up for AP Calculus BC or thinking to take the course next year, there is a mandatory meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) in Mr. Patton’s room (H8) at lunch. We will be going over important information for next year. If you cannot make it, you must check in with Mr. Patton before the school year ends.
