Graduation Orders (Miners Graduate Services)

It’s time to order your graduation cap and gown, announcements, and senior gear. Graduation orders should be placed online or by mail no later than Friday, November 5th.

  • Order online at, or get a paper order packet at the front office.
  • Graduation announcements and other printed materials will be distributed in late March or early April. Caps and gowns will be distributed in May.
  • Class Rings and Letterman Jackets may be ordered online throughout the school year.

If you cannot purchase a cap and gown and need to borrow one from Churchill, please email Jill Reents at Jill will need to know your name, height in feet and inches, and the color of gown you would like (red or blue). The school will provide a cap, gown, and tassel for you to wear at the graduation ceremony.


Graduation Party 2022

Announcing the first 2022 Senior Grad Party Committee meeting. Please come and help plan an exciting event to celebrate our seniors and their accomplishments.

School-to-Career Office

Project-Based Mentorships

This is a great LEAP opportunity for Seniors! Students over 16 years old have the opportunity to bring their project ideas to life. Over six weeks, with the help of an industry mentor, funding, and even pay for 40 hours of work students can create a project of their own. In the past, students have created community food pantries, art installations, and more. Applications close on April 15th, if you are interested consider applying now. Apply here:

LEAP Deadlines*

  • LEAPs using paid work experience are due the week of January 24th, 2022.
  • All others need to be completed no later than the week of April 4th, 2022.

* For those graduating at the end of trimester 1 or 2, you must schedule your LEAP interview by the last day of the trimester.
