Graduation Ticket Distribution

Remember, students must be cleared to graduate in order to request additional tickets or receive reserved tickets.

On May 15, Jill will be in the courtyard during student lunch to hand out tickets to students who are cleared to graduate. We do this in the courtyard for the first day or two to avoid having long lines of students in the front office. When the lines start to get shorter, she’ll be in her office during student lunch.

Please have the following information ready to share when you pick up your tickets.

  • How many total tickets do you need? The limit is 14.
  • Do any of your guests use a wheelchair? How many?
  • Do any of your guests require an interpreter? Interpretation is available in Spanish and ASL. If your guests require interpretation in another language, please ask. We’ll do our best.
  • Who is your walking partner?

Get your tickets now for the Lancer Grad Party 2023

This is going to be an unforgettable night for the Lancer Class of 2023. Don’t miss it! Purchase your tickets at

Tickets are $35. Full and partial scholarships are available based on need. Email for information.

Registration forms are now available in the front office.

Senior Grad Party planning is well underway! Tickets have been on sale for a few weeks, and the location, food, and activities are set. Now in this final month, we are focused on procuring prizes from businesses and donors, putting together raffle baskets, and doing some good old-fashioned arts and crafts. The ONLY things you need to bring to the meetings are any items you have gathered to donate to the prize baskets and a willingness to help with decorations. We will be meeting every Wednesday from now until June 7th, 6 pm in the school library. If you are just in the mood for information gathering then come check out what we’ve done so far and get involved! Hope to see you Wednesday!

Reminders that there are multiple ways to purchase grad party tickets: Cash or check to the school office with your student’s name indicated, Venmo (@ChurchillGP-23), or debit/credit (QR codes attached)

We also have the Mother’s Day Hanging Basket sale happening in less than 2 weeks so get your orders in while supplies last! Indicate on Venmo if you are purchasing a full sun or shade basket and the quantities of each. Full sun $40, Shade $44. Preorder payments are accepted via Venmo or using the QR code below for debit/credit cards.

The Lancer Grad Party 2023 is a community-sponsored event. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers.
