Graduation Ticket Distribution

Extra tickets are going fast. Students must be cleared to graduate in order to pick up tickets, but you can now request tickets to be held until you finish your graduation requirements.

Remember to request wheelchair seating or an interpreter if you need one.

Click here to see the full ticket distribution policy.

Senior Parade

The Senior Parade bus loads at 12:15 on Monday, June 5. You must be signed up and have your permission slip to go. And, don’t forget to wear your cap and gown. If you have any questions please see Missy Cole or Ian Ogden.

Return Your 4J Student Laptop

All seniors must return their student laptop, charger, and laptop sleeve.

On June 9, the last day for seniors, you can turn in your student computer in the Student Center during 3rd period*, lunch, 4th period*, or after school.

*You are not excused from class to turn in your student computer. Use a free period or non-class time.

You will not receive your diploma until you have returned all 4J property. This includes library books, textbooks, and all technology devices and equipment.

If you need to schedule a separate time to return the student computer and other 4J property, visit the front office to make a plan.

Grad Night Party!

11th and 12th Grade Parents — One more week until graduation and the graduation party planning committee is asking for any volunteers to come to the University of Oregon Rec Center at 8 pm on Monday night to help with setting up the party. This is a great opportunity for upcoming class parents to see what the fuss is all about and to be thinking of what kind of event they would like to plan when their time comes. Our graduation party planning committee will be truly grateful for your help.

Senior students — while you can purchase admission to the party at the door, we ask that you try to purchase your tickets this week so we can get a good headcount. If you need transportation to and from the party, please check the box on the release form available in the school office or online.

Please email us with any questions or requests at or visit the website for ticket purchase options, the release waiver, and a Signup Genius link for set up and party volunteering.

Thank you all for your contributions to this event. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

Before you Graduate: Save your School Data

When you finish your graduation requirements, you will be unenrolled and you will lose access to your 4J Gmail, Google Drive, StudentVUE, and other services that use your 4J sign-in.

Files (Google Drive) **DO THIS NOW**: Copy any files and data that you wish to keep from your 4J accounts to a personal device, external drive, or personal Google Drive. For instructions on using Google Takeout to download your 4J Google data, visit

It may take a while (a few days) for Google to process the request. Once it is done, a link to download the data is emailed to whatever email the student specified. You must download the data before your 4J account is turned off (i.e. as soon as you possibly can in June…accounts may be turned off as early as July 1).

Emails and Contacts: Google Takeout (above) can save your Gmail contacts, but it will not export your emails. The easiest way to save emails from your Student Gmail account is to forward them to your personal email address.

Naviance: If you are using your 4J email address for your Naviance account, you must change it to a personal email to avoid losing access to Naviance.
