Final Transcripts

REMINDER: If you are going to a 4-year college/university and have not already requested a final transcript in Naviance, on your graduation survey or by an email to Sheree Houck, please do so now. Most 4-year colleges/universities want a final transcript. If you are not sure, contact your school’s admissions office. Transcripts will be sent electronically. However, if your college wants a signed, hard copy, please email Sheree with those instructions.

Download instructions for requesting your final transcript here: Steps To Request a Final Transcript

Typically community colleges do not require a final transcript. Should the community college you will be attending want one, please find out what office needs the transcript. Typically they want a paper copy. You can email Sheree before June 24th to request the transcript.
