Graduation at a G’Lance, 4/24
Churchill Class of 2020 and Families,
We look forward to honoring our graduates in a different way this year. Each of you has impacted Churchill High School in some way. We miss you and we wish we could be together to say goodbye and celebrate with you at your last Prom, the staff dance and tunnel, senior breakfast, and of course the graduation ceremony.
Some of you have already chosen to move forward with your schooling or career. We want you to know that you are welcome and invited to participate in our virtual celebrations. Please continue to watch your email inbox and check back in on our Graduation page for updates and invites.

The Graduation Checklist is coming soon. We’ll email it to you and post it on the Graduation page. Counselors have been working hard to update graduation eligibility for all seniors. The Checklist also contains useful reminders about any library books you still have checked out and more.
Stay connected to your classmates and celebrate each other’s accomplishments on the chs20.20seniorclass Instagram page.
Class of 2020 Advisory Google Classroom
Please continue to check in on the 12th-Grade Advisory class in Google Classroom. We will be sharing announcements, encouragement, and lessons to help you through the next couple of months. If you haven’t already joined, please check your 4J email for a classroom invite.
Miners Graduate Services will be at Churchill to hand out orders during our locker cleanout pickup for seniors on Tuesday, April 28 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Any orders that you do not claim will be available at their offices on River Road. Please call ahead to confirm their office hours before you go to pick up your order.
Your caps and gowns are on their way. We will contact you when they are ready to pick up. Most families have indicated that they still want their cap and gown for pictures and family celebrations. Please contact Miners if you would like to cancel your cap and gown order.

We know this is a challenging time and doing one more thing might seem overwhelming. However, we are proud of you and want to recognize and honor you any way we can. The graduation survey will give us information so we can do that. It will take less than five minutes.
On behalf of the Counseling, College and Career, and School-to-Work team we wish you the very best. It has been an honor to know and work with you.
If you have any questions or need assistance with the survey, please email Sheree Houck.
